{"id":1983,"date":"2026-03-18T16:24:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T16:24:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/keyrole.es\/oferta\/coo-automotive-leasing\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T16:24:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T16:24:58","slug":"coo-automotive-leasing","status":"publish","type":"oferta","link":"https:\/\/keyrole.es\/en\/oferta\/coo-automotive-leasing\/","title":{"rendered":"COO Automotive &amp; Leasing<br>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have experience leading operations in complex environments and are you motivated by scaling a business from within?<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>KEYROLE<\/strong>, we are looking for a <strong>Chief Operating Officer<\/strong> to join a growing company in the automotive sector, with an innovative model based on vehicle trading and its subsequent leasing operations.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a strategic mindset, are results-driven, and feel comfortable making key business decisions, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the overall business operations: procurement, logistics, fleet, and after-sales.<\/li>\n<li>Define and execute the operational and growth strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize the vehicle lifecycle (purchase, leasing, remarketing, and resale).<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate with dealerships, suppliers, and strategic partners.<\/li>\n<li>Define pricing and maximize profitability per vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Implement KPIs, reporting, and performance control systems.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze costs, risks, and operational deviations.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate teams and ensure cross-functional efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What profile are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in operations, management, or strategic consulting roles.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leasing, automotive, mobility, or fleet management.<\/li>\n<li>Background in high-volume and complex operational environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial knowledge applied to operations (costs, margins, ROI).<\/li>\n<li>Experience negotiating with suppliers and partners.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English (C2 level).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, a results-oriented mindset, strategic vision with execution capabilities, and solid leadership and decision-making skills in dynamic environments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent full-time contract.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to join a growing project with high business impact.<\/li>\n<li>Autonomy and responsibility in decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Dynamic and results-driven environment.<\/li>\n<li>Career development and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This position is for you if\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are motivated by building, optimizing, and scaling operations in a growing business.
