{"id":2009,"date":"2026-10-22T08:03:24","date_gmt":"2026-10-22T08:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/keyrole.es\/oferta\/administration-and-finance-officer-2\/"},"modified":"2026-10-22T08:35:21","modified_gmt":"2026-10-22T08:35:21","slug":"administration-and-finance-officer-2","status":"publish","type":"oferta","link":"https:\/\/keyrole.es\/en\/oferta\/administration-and-finance-officer-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Administration and Finance Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Would you like to be involved in the financial management of one of the country\u2019s leading music and cultural festivals?<\/p>\n<p>At KEYROLE, we are looking for an <strong>Administration and Finance Officer<\/strong> to join a highly prominent cultural organisation responsible for producing a nationally renowned music and cultural event.<\/p>\n<p>If you are detail-oriented, organised, analytical, and passionate about this sector, we would love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>What will your responsibilities be?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full accounting cycle, including purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the organisation\u2019s cash flow, incoming payments, and outgoing payments.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with banking institutions and prepare payment orders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular financial reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and monitor budget performance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse variances and prepare financial reports for Management.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the documentation required for tax filings, audits, and grant reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with external accounting firms, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What profile are we looking for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Studies, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in Administration and Finance roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in treasury management, cash flow forecasting, and liaising with banking institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing financial reports and monitoring budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working with ERP systems is essential; experience with Odoo will be particularly valued.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills.<\/li>\n<li>Full professional proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in project-based businesses, the cultural sector, or grant management will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What do we offer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Permanent full-time contract.<\/li>\n<li>Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with remote working on Fridays. <\/li>\n<li>Salary commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to join an established, leading cultural project.<\/li>\n<li>A friendly, collaborative working environment that offers autonomy and the opportunity to play an active role in the organisation\u2019s financial management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This role is for you if\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are passionate about culture and music and excited about being part of a project that goes far beyond the numbers.
