At KEYROLE, we are looking for an Automotive Spare Parts Sales Representative to join a growing family-owned company, a leader in the distribution of automotive components and spare parts, with 30 branches nationwide and a strong track record in the industry.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Customer service and advice: Handle customer inquiries mainly by phone, providing a friendly, agile and professional service.
• Spare parts and components management: Locate and process parts from different brands according to customer needs.
• Order coordination: Manage and coordinate the delivery of the requested spare parts.
• Commercial activity: Carry out occasional sales visits to maintain and strengthen relationships with clients.
• Operational management: Perform other tasks related to order management and commercial customer service.

What profile are we looking for?

• Vocational training in Automotive
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, especially in telephone customer service and commercial advisory.
• Previous experience as a spare parts specialist (parts advisor) or in spare parts sourcing and management will be considered an asset.
• Experience in sales visits and client relationship management.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
• Strong communication skills, approachability and a customer-oriented mindset.
