At KEYROLE, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to join a growing company in the automotive sector, with an innovative model based on vehicle trading and its subsequent leasing operations.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Lead the overall business operations: procurement, logistics, fleet, and after-sales.
• Define and execute the operational and growth strategy.
• Optimize the vehicle lifecycle (purchase, leasing, remarketing, and resale).
• Negotiate with dealerships, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Define pricing and maximize profitability per vehicle.
• Implement KPIs, reporting, and performance control systems.
• Analyze costs, risks, and operational deviations.
• Coordinate teams and ensure cross-functional efficiency.

What profile are we looking for?

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, management, or strategic consulting roles.
• Experience in leasing, automotive, mobility, or fleet management.
• Background in high-volume and complex operational environments.
• Strong financial knowledge applied to operations (costs, margins, ROI).
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and partners.
• Fluent English (C2 level).
