- Lead negotiations and manage the closing of commercial agreements with brands, agencies and institutions.
- Manage ongoing relationships with sponsors to build long-term partnerships and ensure retention, coordinating activities with the production, press and communications teams to deliver on all commitments.
- Set and achieve sponsorship revenue targets, continuously identifying new acquisition channels and commercial opportunities.
- Regularly monitor the sales pipeline, track progress against targets and review results, preparing the relevant reports.

- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- Experiencia demostrable en venta de patrocinios, partnerships o desarrollo de negocio, preferiblemente en música, cultura, festivales o entretenimiento, con acuerdos cerrados que se puedan acreditar (marcas e importes).
- An established network of contacts within brands, media and advertising agencies, and among key decision-makers would be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to generate business opportunities and close deals.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated and results-driven, with experience working on a project and target-based basis.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, strong relationship-building abilities and a professional presence when representing the organisation.
- In-depth knowledge of the music and cultural ecosystem, as well as an understanding of the needs of brands investing in the sector.
- Full professional proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish (essential). A strong command of English would be a significant advantage.
What We Offer
- Permanent full-time contract.
- Working hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with remote working on Fridays.
- Salary commensurate with experience and professional qualifications.
- The opportunity to join an established, leading cultural project.
- A friendly, collaborative working environment that offers autonomy and the opportunity to play an active role in the organisation’s financial management.
